The application of Line Pietra Stone Veneer is quick, simple and easy. It is applied similarly to other flooring products in the form of plates. Any ceramic or paver, or someone with a tendency to hand, can easily practice.

Special silicone is applied to the back of the Line Pietra Coating plate or the surface to be applied with a trowel suitable for the substrate and mounted in place of the plate. Starting from the middle of the plate, the compressed air is driven outwards with a roller or hand pressure.

Line Pietra Stone Veneer is used in wet surfaces and areas requiring waterproofing. When tile appearance is desired, space can be left between the plates using a special joint.

Before starting the application, the surface to be applied must be cleaned. If any, dust, oil, glue residue, etc. should be cleaned and, if necessary, the medium in question should be cleaned from these substances. The preparation of the area to be covered and the placement of the Line Pietra cladding plates are the same as for natural stone or tiles. It is important to prepare the work area before application. Before starting the installation of Line Pietra Stone Veneer, the arrangement and orientation of patterns, textures and colors will make the look much more beautiful in practice. It is recommended to pre-sit each plate horizontally or vertically, exactly where it will be placed. The numbering of the leaves in the rehearsal to determine the places before cutting will save time.

Line Pietra Coating can be applied to MDF, HDF boards, Styro Foam boards, melamine, brick, concrete blocks and floors, mortar plastered walls, plasterboard, bordex, plywood, acrylic or other plastic sheets. In some indoor and outdoor applications, expansion and contraction intervals are planned and applied to prevent delamination. It can be applied to concrete and wall surfaces at least 28 days after construction. Hydrostatic pressure conditions and vapor transmission cannot exceed 1.36 kg. Using a calcium chloride test (reference ASTM F1869), it should be less than 2.5% per square meter (1.36 kg per 92.9 m2) in 24 hours.

With Line Pietra Stone Veneer, which has a natural, discrete rough surface with a tolerance of up to 2 mm, pressure, tape and or weights can be applied to the areas in contact with the surface during application or during drying after application.

Linea Pietra can be cut using a saw or tilt for coating large facades and a smooth look. Cutting curves, curving the covered area, etc. metal shears can be used for operations. However, it can be cut with monster or grinding devices, band saw machines, or table saws. Diamond cutting tools are used in cutting operations.

Gloves, goggles and dust mask are used when working due to the fiberglass composition on the back surface of Linea Pietra Stone Veneer.

Polyurethane-based special silicone adhesive is applied with a thin marley comb. Approximately 1 kg of adhesive is required per m2. The adhesive used in the part of Linea Pietra Stone Veneer should be applied in a way that there is no gap, especially on the exterior and wet surfaces. In this way, with the perfect appearance, waterproofing is provided on the interior and exterior facades.

Special silicone is usually applied on the surface to be coated. In desired cases, it can be applied by applying to the back of the plate instead of the surface to be coated. Epoxy-based adhesives are used for wet environments. Hardener adhesives without catalyst (water vapor type) are not used. Otherwise, a liquid layer is formed. The adhesive may not stick properly if applied between non-porous materials. For this reason, it will be useful to create pores in the areas that will stick before the application.
